Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or database.

Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate features and benefits to prospective customers.

Pitching and Closing Deals: Present products or services persuasively to potential customers, address their queries, and close sales deals.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and information gathering.

Meeting Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

Documentation: Accurately record customer information and sales transactions in the CRM system.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales team and management regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the overall customer experience.
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
