Qualification:
HSC-Graduate - preferable with four wheeler driving license.
Experience: 0-2 years.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
1)Primary Responsibilities:
To achieve the dealership and OEM's monthly target with profitability.
To submit morning agenda and evening report to TL/SM.
Updates all information related to enquire in the DMS, APP, etc. as per the OEM's
requirement.
Offers test drives to all prospects and collect feedback, follows dealership procedure
to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.
Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems like Check sheet, Docket filing etc.
Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ensures that TAT related to sales is always maintained as per the dealership/OEM's laid
down principles.
Attends product and sales training courses as and when required as per training plan.
Focusses on allied businesses for increasing revenue generation and achieves the
monthly set target by the OEM/Dealership.
Writes complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with established
dealership policies.
Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality
and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service
department.
Ensures that all dues related to sales are clear before the delivery date of vehicle or as per
dealership norms.
Ensure zero customer complaints and there by contributes towards SSI score of
dealership.
Ensure delightful and timely deliveries as per commitment. Never make verbal
commitment.
2)Secondary Responsibilities:
To always display a professional appearance.
Responds to enquiries from prospective customers to understand their requirements, build
personal connection and develop sales opportunities.
Approaches, greets and offers assistance or direction to customer.
Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking relevant questions and listening
Carefully to their responses.
Describes all options available for purchase.
Explains fully five / six step product demonstration, home visit (where required) and FAB's
of the product.
Works with pre owned sales staff to help carry out evaluation of existing vehicle of
customer in case of exchange.
Maintains customer follow-up that encourages repeat and referral business and
contributes to customer satisfaction.
Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories etc. and their benefits to
Customers.
Attends sales meetings.
Daily SMS/updates of payments received to seniors.
Reviews and analyses actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine
how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
Maintains a prospect development system.
Ensures that the sales manager has an opportunity to meet each customer.
Co-ordinates with in house departments related to finance, registration and delivery of new
vehicle.
Follow up on all post-delivery documents and special requests to be sure that all customer
expectations are met.
Knows and understands the central, state and local laws which govern retail auto
Sales.
Delivers vehicles to customers ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's
operating features, warranty and paperwork.
To be part of delivery ceremony and give a memorable experience to the customer.
Coordinate with accounts department for payments received against the invoiced vehicle.
Continuous focus on lead generation, efficient event planning, maximizing territory
coverage and managing referrals.
Pay:
₹10, ₹34,988.11 per month
