PROFILE INTRODUCTION:
As a Telecalling Executive at our esteemed real estate firm, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients through telephone conversations, showcasing our properties and services to generate leads and drive sales.
Your effective communication skills and persuasive abilities will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clientsPROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate offerings and services.
- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and availability, to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to nurture client relationships and facilitate the sales process.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of client information and interactions for future reference and analysis.
- Assist in scheduling appointments for property viewings and consultations with the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Handle client concerns and queries in a professional and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting our real estate offerings.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in telecalling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecommunication tools.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert leads into successful sales.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A customercentric approach with a focus on delivering highquality service.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and propertyrelated terminology is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and a proactive mindset to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
