Job Discription -

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Speaking customers.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding of Inbound Call Handling.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Eligibility-

  • Average English Communication.
  • Should be Average on English understanding where is able to hold the conversation and
  • Immediate Joiners only.
  • Graduate/Undergraduate both will work. (Pursuing Not Allowed)

WORK CULTURE-

  • 6 days a week with 1 rotational off
  • Day shift (99) any 9 hours shift

Salary:
₹180, ₹240,000.00 per year
