Responsibilities:
We need a Customer care - Executive for our Home brand team.
Key-point
- Person has technically sound for electronic product like
Battery operated rideon - Familiarity with Product & understand the technical issue or
electronic issue in product
- handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
- establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone
- forming reports based on customer satisfaction statistics and helping their team to develop new skills
- fixing appointments based on the availability of customers and clients
- Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,011.75 per month
