Description
Identifies, investigates, and resolves users' problems.

regarding the onboarding process, and usability of the platform

  • Maintains knowledge of the platform and constantly educates themselves on the new
developments of the platform.

  • Effectively communicates in English to the customer verbally, written or otherwise
  • Will handle and/or assign tier 1, 2, and 3 related problems.
  • Monitors the working of the platform in case of downtime or other problems and informs the ACE team immediately.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Maintain issue tickets effectively by capturing clients' complaints (bugs) or new requests

Requirement:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical customers.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer technical support is highly preferred.
  • The Project will be 24/7.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
