Some of their duties include:

  • Selling bench consultants

Bench sales recruiters may also be involved in:

  • Prospecting and identifying new potential clients
  • Scheduling meetings with key decision makers
  • Presenting consultants
  • Contract review and negotiations
  • Establishing and driving processes and delivery of consultants
  • Calling on prime vendors
  • Developing corporate account relationships
  • Managing long term relations with vendors

Salary:
₹16, ₹30,000.00 per month
