Manager - Admin
Key Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Administrative role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proven experience as a Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Key responsibilities:
- Inventory management for company assets
- Manage office facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment.
- Process and monitor invoices, expenses, and vendor contracts.
- Manage repairs or maintenance when needed.
- Oversee smooth scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conferences, and coordination of travel arrangements as required.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organize company events, conferences, and teambuilding activities.
- Support the finance department in tasks such as expense reconciliation and budget tracking.
- Manage and lead a team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for innovation and growth
Pay:
₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
