As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our core hardware and glass fittings to potential customers in your designated territory.
You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Location:
Kolkata (WB) /Varanasi (UP) /Mumbai (MH)/Kanpur (UP)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our core hardware and glass fittings product range.
- Create and implement a sales strategy to target and acquire new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the hardware or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of core hardware and glass fittings products.
- Proven negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory
- Valid driver's license and own 2wheeler is mandatory.
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
