Responsibilities:

Shift operations:
To ensure the machine is operating at desired efficiency. To ensure the production plan made by production manager is adhered to. To ensure that all machines including ancillary are operated as per plan. To ensure optimum utilization of resources.

To ensure material yield is as per the target and to track rejection across machine & work towards reduction of rejections.

To conduct analysis of downtime & rejection in shift so that operators can be instructed to take specific actions on machines.

To ensure safety of workplace. To make report on operation KPIs.

Downtime report

To take part in stock verification exercise. To ensure that there is nil gap between physical & system stock 2.

Machine maintenance:
To take part in preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance To improve MTTR & MTTF of machines.

To ensure that machine maintenance activities are executed as per plan & within budget Manpower development:
To take part in training & development of manpower required for manufacturing
