- 34 Years**Architect must have working experience and excellent designing skills.
- Should be highly creative and great knowledge of architectural concepts & good management skills
- Municipal drawing making & coordinating with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
- Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget as per requirements.
- Coordinating with the Clients, Site Engineers, Contractor, Project Managers, Quantity surveyors & team members.
- Specifying the requirements for the project, adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
- Organizational, project management and planning skills including the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- An analytical mind with excellent problemsolving and mathematical ability
- Leadership skills and ability to work well within a team of other professionals an awareness of the specific environmental and social impact of your projects.
- Should have experience in designing buildings
- should be done coordination with MEP AND RCC
- Site executions
- Working drawings
Salary:
₹50, ₹55,000.00 per month
