Tally Operator - Accounts Assistant

National Facets, a leading player in the gemstone industry, is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tally Operator to join our team as an Accounts Assistant.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with proficiency in Tally software and a keen interest in accounts management.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain financial transactions in Tally software accurately and efficiently.
Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist in generating financial reports and statements as required.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Tally software is essential.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
