Description

Responsibilities:


  • Develop, build, and maintain the architecture of Marketo to enable campaigns and programs to run efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain processes to support data quality, along with data governance and compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Collaborate with Salesforce admins on database management, integrations, and dashboards
  • Manage Marketo integrations with thirdparty tools/software (Zapier, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Establish lead scoring methodologies and intelligence programs used to help sales prioritize activities
  • Work closely with Rev Ops to understand new program requirements and be able to communicate the technical aspects needed to configure and implement growth solutions.

Qualifications:


  • A degree from a recognized college or university with major course work in marketing/advertising, organizational management or other businessrelated field or experience
  • Proven graphics, marketing, and/or advertising experience. B2B experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Marketo automation marketing software
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM software
  • Demonstrated excellence in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook or similar systems; and Adobe graphic manipulation software.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills including personnel skills needed in staffing and development of marketing personnel.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Logistics, Sales, Marketing, or other related skills are a plus.
