What you will learn and contribute to


The overall objective for this position is to have a strong HCM Product Owner background, in order to ensure successful solution delivery according to the strategic HR solution architecture.

Are you passionate about solving problems?

As part of our team, you will:

  • Provide expertise on Human Capital Management processes and tools
  • Be responsible for defining stories and insure they meet business & IT needs
  • Prioritize the Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features
  • Partnership with business stakeholders and process owners to proactively understand, capture the business needs and propose enhancements
  • Support IT product and project manager, HR process owners and the delivery team
  • Inspect and verifies the quality of the Releases before delivery
  • Provide recommendations and technical innovations within IT and to the business on HR solutions
  • Be responsible the technical aspects of project implementations in close cooperation with the project manager, the solution architect and the solution owners

Your skills and experience

You have:
-
3-5 years proven experience on Oracle Fusion HCM in configuration, integration and how it can be used to enable business processes

  • Business Analysis skills
  • Experience in working with Agile methodology / DevOps environment
  • Experience of working within a multicultural environment
  • Ability to work with and communicate to a variety of audiences, executive level/peertopeer/ subordinate/ technical and nontechnical etc
  • Excellent oral and written communication / presentation skills
  • Languages: English required
  • Education: BSc degree.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with ETL, MS Azure/Power BI and other Web / Cloud development
  • Oracle certification is an advantage
  • Expertise in Application harmonization/streamlining of landscape
  • Industry, Market & Technology Understanding
  • Innovation culture
  • Information security understanding
  • Selfconfidence, strong problem solving skills
  • Product Owner certification
