Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

Develop and implement content strategies that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.
Conduct thorough research to identify content opportunities, target audience needs, and industry trends.
Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to ensure content meets their requirements and supports their initiatives.

Content Creation and Management:

Ensure that all content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with our brand voice and style guidelines.
Review and edit content produced by the Content Writer team to maintain quality and consistency.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor a team of Content Writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
Set clear goals and expectations for the Content Writer team and monitor their performance to ensure objectives are met.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide opportunities for training and professional development.

Content Optimization and Performance Analysis:

Monitor the performance of content initiatives using relevant analytics tools.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Make datadriven recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of our content strategy and maximize ROI.

Pay:
