Key Responsibilities:


  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitors to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of recruitment strategies and practices.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
