Meticulous followup with the clients and fixup site visits
Collect data and update the same in the database.
One point contact to the Customer, before Sales till booking/registration. Contact the desired clients & convince them.
Ensure timely execution of agreements and make arrangements for any financial assistance through home loans and issuance of documents.
Ensure timely execution of booking forms, NOC, Sale Agreements, etc.
Ensure calculation of interest for delayed payments and calculate the interest to review the booking.
Must have good communication skills and team management skills.
Excellent in the Customer management system.
Must have experience in Real Estate Industry.
