Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist who also possesses experience in providing excellent customer service through chat support.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns through chat communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing:
Receive, review, and process incoming invoices from vendors and suppliers.
Payment Processing :
Prepare and schedule payments to vendors based on agreed-upon terms. Reconcile payments with invoices and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Vendor Relations:
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing issues, and payment inquiries.
Chat Support:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders through chat channels.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records and documentation.
Compliance and Audit:
Assist in audits related to accounts payable as needed.

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
