Position Overview:


As a B2B Sales Executive in our Corrugated Box Company, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective relationship management, prospecting, and negotiation with business clients.

You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions using our corrugated box products.

The role demands a dynamic and motivated individual who can effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development:


  • Identify and target potential B2B clients within the designated territory or industry segment.
  • Research and analyse competitor offerings and customer requirements to tailor your sales approach.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Establish, build and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers in client organizations.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, and position our corrugated box solutions as valuable assets to their operations.

Consultative Selling:


  • Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their packaging requirements and propose suitable corrugated box solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on product specifications, customization options, and costeffective solutions based on client needs.

Solution Presentation:


  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that effectively showcase the benefits and features of our products.
  • Highlight how our corrugated box solutions can address specific pain points and add value to the client's supply chain.

Negotiation and Closing:


  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring timely followups and efficient progress tracking.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

Set and strive to exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently aiming to drive revenue growth.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams such as production, design, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment and exceptional customer experiences.


Market Intelligence:


Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and innovations in packaging solutions to provide insights for enhancing our product offerings.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer benefits.
  • Goaloriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
