Introduction
The HR Service Administrator is an integral part of IBM and HR.

Your goal is to create an outstanding employee experience for IBMers by delivering HR-related services and supporting our employees as they support our customers and clients.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
(But not limited to)

  • Manage the applicant flow within our applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate all interview activities
  • Prepare offer letters
  • Manage the preoffer and preemployment checks
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires
  • Identify process efficiencies and opportunities for improving the applicant or hiring manager experience
  • Construct and analyze detailed reporting from applicant tracking system to monitor requisition, interview, offer and onboarding statuses
  • Ensure audit compliance
  • Meet/exceed key performance metrics to include stakeholder experiences, response times and quality.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a moderately complex and demanding environment while maintaining a professional attitude and demeanour"

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 25 years of operational experience with an HR or Talent Acquisition function
  • Should have written and oral communication skills and ability to effectively engage with a multitude of different professionals
  • Organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines
  • Demonstrated time management skills, teaming skills and teamwork orientation
  • Proactive and creative problemsolving skills
  • Ability to navigate and diffuse conflict
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
  • Prove communication and interpersonal skills"

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Ability to manage workload to meet requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in TAC
  • Proficient in Microsoft office such as excel and Powerpoint"
