*Responsible for achieving sales targets by identifying and pursuing potential customers.

*Build and maintain relationships with customers, making them feel valued, and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products or services.

*Expected to research the market and identify potential new customers or business opportunities.

*Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the company's revenue and market share, which may involve identifying new markets or sales channels.

*Provide regular reports to their supervisors or management, detailing their sales activities and progress towards meeting sales targets.

*Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.

*Responsible for maintaining sales databases, processing orders, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
