We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chinese Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team and contribute to our reputation for excellence.


Job Summary:

The Chinese Chef de Partie (CDP) will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, focusing on Chinese cuisine.

The CDP will ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and present Chinese dishes within your designated section according to Mann Hospitality LLP's standards.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet the required specifications.
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating new Chinese menu items and specials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering.
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff and apprentices.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are maintained and in good working condition.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications:


  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role specializing in Chinese cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Creative and passionate about Chinese food and cooking.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
