We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chinese Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team and contribute to our reputation for excellence.
Job Summary:
The Chinese Chef de Partie (CDP) will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, focusing on Chinese cuisine.
The CDP will ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present Chinese dishes within your designated section according to Mann Hospitality LLP's standards.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet the required specifications.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating new Chinese menu items and specials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff and apprentices.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are maintained and in good working condition.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role specializing in Chinese cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Creative and passionate about Chinese food and cooking.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
