Job Roles & Responsibilities
- To interact with hospital staff and patients.
- Collecting necessary documents from Patient.
- Coordinate with internal medical and financial team for initial approval.
- Making sure all the documents are available before sharing it with approval team.
- Educating patient about deduction (Co-Pay, NME)
- To create awareness about reimbursements claims. (Pre, Post & Hospitalization)
- Collect claim supporting documents from the patient or patient party/hospital staff & coordinate with backend team to ensure smooth transfer of data to the TPS/Insurance Company.
- Be available at the assigned hospital for six days in a week b/w 10 am to 7 pm.
- Efficiently and effectively handing grievance/issue raised by hospital staff & patients, escalating issue to the team leader, as necessary.
- Followup and Updates to be given to the clients.
Qualifications & Skills.
- Any Diploma, Graduation/Under Graduation.
- 6 months2 yrs. of experience
- Should have good analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Open to travel and to be placed at different Hospital locations.
Experience
Worked in Hospital or Insurance 6 months to 02 years. (added advantage)
Salary:
₹10, ₹33,006.50 per month
