Description

Maintenance and resolution of hardware and software issues related to end-users laptops, desktops, servers and other network issues in the organization.


  • Maintaining the all CRM software of the company.
  • Vendor escalation for desktops/laptop hardware purchases, repaira or software troubleshooting.
  • Involve and conduct regular system audit for IT effectiveness, efficiency and security.
  • Analyse & evaluate system & user's requirements and make recommendation for IT upgrades.
  • Give suggestions to improve IT systems and operations.

Requirements:


  • Strong technical background in network system.
- knowledgeable of best practices in general IT and end user support.

  • Good command on English language in both verbal and written
  • Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer engineering or any related field.
  • Experience in CRM/ERP systems would be storng advantage.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
