Roles and Responsibilities

Complete end to end ownership of pricing a Product
Creating a robust Pricing Model for each product
Creating Technical Notes & other annexures required for filing the product with IRDAI
Ensuring that the products filed are as per extant IRDAI guidelines
Perform final reviews on all deliverables to ensure accuracy.
Assess and consider all kinds of risk to review and make informed decisions around new

initiatives or responses to situations.- Liase with Sales/Distribution to understand the product requirement

Liase with UWs to understand the feasibility of the product
Liase with Products team and help them with a product construct
Discuss the Draft rates with various stakeholders and finalise the rates
Design statistical models based on the desired outcome.
Leverage complex algorithms, predictive modelling and analysis design to make key

decisions.- Review the statistical / analytical model for stability and accuracy and to ensure the model

output is meeting business requirements.- Prepare and present final reports with insights stakeholders.

Document the details of each of the project for future reference.
Assess and consider all kinds of risk to review and make informed decisions around new

initiatives or responses to situations.- Mentor juniors and new joinees
