About the Firms:


Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Personal Assistant to the Founder to provide comprehensive support in day-to-day business operations.

This role requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently.

The Personal Assistant will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations for both firms, supporting the Founder, Abhishek Gangwar, and working closely with the existing team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the Founder's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the Founder and team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication within the team and with clients.
  • Assist in prioritizing tasks and deadlines for the Founder and team members.
  • Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle logistics and coordination for both internal and external events.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistics for business trips.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant information as needed.
  • Summarize findings and present relevant information to the Founder.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, maximum 2 years.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to travel.

₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
