The Sales Associate will be an integral part of our sales team and will focus on the use, adoption, and growth of our eCommerce payments, fraud and payment security solutions.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting enterprise sales professionals and their clients in addition to ownership of an individual portfolio of merchants where they will be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to our clients.

This is a direct client facing role. Role is based in Lehi, UT

  • The Sales Associate will be the point of contact for given account, but the account would rollup to the segment and not the individual.
  • Segment would have CPQ and visibility.
  • Sales and account management support
  • Set up Merchant ID (MIDs)
  • Have the ability to address billing issues.
  • Ability to translate reports.
  • Create support cases.
  • Build and communicate health checks for specific accounts.
  • Build decks for Business Reviews/QBRs
  • Build Coverage for smaller accounts.
  • Develop and execute account level strategies that support key business metrics including client retention, revenue growth and profitability.
  • Become a trusted advisor with clients by deeply understanding their business and aligning our solutions to their needs.
  • Provide expertise on our global payment processing, fraud management and payment security
  • Serve as customer advocate

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any related field graduating after
December 2024.
:


  • Account Management or Sales/Upselling experience

Salary
:

₹8, ₹19,949.42 per month


Shift:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience
