Job Description (Roles and responsibility including the below but not limited to)
Perform water analysis at Unit I and ASPL for winery as well as Hospitality and share the report on a weekly basis as per sampling plan
Perform daily wine bottles analysis and inform the result to the concerned person according to dispatch needs
Perform all the Micro Lab practices as per set SOPS.
Maintaining Micro related documents required for BRC for all Business Unit
Daily Wine micro report to be released in SAP and same shall be filled in the software
Ensure timely analysis of Barel Wines as per the SOP.
Handle and Maintain all lab equipments
Ensure all reports to be submitted on time

Must Have

MSc Microbiology

Good Communication skills
Presentation skills
Basic Knowledge of Excel
Analytical Skills
Ability to work independently with least supervision.
Flexibility in working hours during peak season
Ability to set priorities and time management skillsExperience(years)
