  • Salesforce Solutions Architect
Seeking Salesforce Solutions Architect who will help lead, collaborate, and architect harmonized solutions for onsemi.

This technical leader will play a critical role in supporting our commercial strategies and engaging in the ongoing transformation of our business with our internal and external partners.

Fostering key partnerships with strategic internal partners are essential for success.

This is both a strategic role and a technical role requiring the ability to handle complex situations in a dynamic environment, as well as provide solid technical solutions as part of the transformation and modernization effort.


  • Serve as a functional and technical leader for Salesforce and will work with the Sales and Marketing business units and project team on creating a streamlined strategic plan.
  • Translate business requirements into well written user stories and well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
  • Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and be able to articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility, functionality, and fit for a client's specific business needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders, project management, product owner, SMEs, and our internal delivery team to design and deliver the best possible solution.
  • Provide thought leadership on improving sales operations through the use of Salesforce.
  • Perform fitgap analysis between business requirements and Salesforce capabilities.
  • Act as a handson end to end solution lead to oversee Salesforce solution and identify crossfunctional process and design gaps.
  • Architect rapid fire, proof of concept solutions that address the strategic needs of our business partners.
  • Facilitate discovery and working sessions, managing the participants and agenda to drive understanding of business needs and pain points
  • Assist in executing change management that drives adoption of Salesforce and its integration with other services.
  • Partner with other teams to build strategies and tactics to drive modernization and process efficiencies.
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor, translating sales and marketing roadmap insight into customerspecific impact avoidance and benefit realization.
  • Monitor key external design and industry trends, influence internal quality of solutions, and help shape thought leadership

Qualifications

Skills & Requirements:
Years of Salesforce CRM industry experience.

  • Must have strong experience in Salesforce CPQ processes and operations.
  • Expert understanding of the core Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
  • Strong technical leadership should be able to build technical capability and provide mentoring.
  • Experience with sales and marketing functions including processes for lead, opportunity, account and contact management.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems, incorporating best practices.
  • Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements.
  • Experience with data migrations from thirdparty systems to Salesforce.
  • Experience in Apex, Lightning Aura and Lightning Web Components development, Flows and Triggers. Proficiency in administrative tasks such as managing permissions, page layouts, templates, approvals, workflow, products, price books, reports, and dashboards.
  • Advanced experience with com configuration and custom development.
  • Must have a complete understanding of data models and product/pricing master data management.
  • Experience in working on both Agile and Waterfall project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Key competencies to include coaching, influencing senior stakeholders, managing time & priorities, conflict management, commercial / bid awareness, excellent presentation delivery and technical writing.
