URGENTLY REQUIRES A SITE SUPREVISOR IN A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN PIRAVOM, ERNAKULAM, KERALA.


RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • To coordinate with pm, consultants, clients to ensure that the project is properly executed;
  • Perform Sitewalkthrough to ensure contract performance, safety compliance and quality control with the intent of delivering projects.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
  • Identify construction/engineering constraints, prepare construction cost estimates, and handoff project for construction
  • Incharge of the testing and commissioning of the project.
  • Attend (construction, quality, safety) meeting as standin Project manager while ensure the site schedule/progress is on track. Station at site when necessary.
  • Assist in project tendering and operation
  • Other administrative matters

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
