The Sales Receptionist plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to potential and existing clients.The job description typically includes:
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Initiating and following up on outbound calls to prospective clients, generating leads and converting them into customers.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales leads and customer information.
Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up activities.
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to coordinate and support sales activities.
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

From ₹20,000.00 per month
