Field Executive for Hospital


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a liaison between the hospital and the community, fostering positive relationships and promoting the hospital's services.
  • Coordinate patient referrals from external sources, ensuring seamless transitions of care.
  • Provide information and support to patients and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Advocate for patients' needs and rights throughout their healthcare journey.
  • Collect and analyze data related to patient demographics and referral patterns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards governing patient interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize patient care and support business development initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the integrity of the hospital's reputation.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and professionalism.
