Position Summary


Leads a team of product owners, develops product roadmaps, defines product requirements, and coordinates with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that align with business objectives.


Key duties & responsibilities

  • Define and execute comprehensive product strategies, including product vision, roadmap, and gotomarket plans, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify market opportunities and customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and deliver quality products and features.
  • Drive product innovation and differentiation through continuous improvement and user feedback.
  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs, write user stories, and ensure successful product releases.
  • Analyze product performance, user behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure effective product positioning, messaging, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the product domain."

Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • Must have Degree in Computer Science including B.Tech/B.E./MCA or equavalent.
years of experience in product management, preferably with experience in leading product portfolios.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching digital products.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools and datadriven decision making.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and customercentric product design.
  • Ability to lead and inspire crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology and a customer
