We are hiring Brand and Social Media Executive for a leading Appliances Manufacturing Company

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Conduct indepth market research to identify consumer insights, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, leveraging this information to propose innovative brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional advertising channels.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales reports and consumer feedback, to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling visual designs, marketing materials, and brand assets that resonate with our target audience.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure brand compliance in all marketing communications.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners, including vendors, agencies, and industry Influencers, to amplify our brand's reach and impact.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for brand growth and innovation.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in brand management, social media executive or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of brand principles and marketing strategies.
  • Familiar with web design.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, video)
  • Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a MUST
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software.]
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software.
