ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Design and develop video, motion graphics, animation, sound and/or digital media for use in explainer videos, websites, social media platforms, presentations, online tutorials, and emerging median.
  • Assist in designing and creating storyboards, mood boards, and design frames.
  • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
  • Create engaging animations that connect with the target audience and achieve the target objectives.
  • Work with our Creative Marketing Director, Marketing Ops Manager and team to design and implement worldclass creative content for AIS and its affiliated brands.

  • Maintain image library and graphic design, artwork, and publication archive.
  • Complete assignments in a timely manner with a constant awareness of review cycles and deadlines.
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently, utilizing reasonable discretion to balance competing time constraints whilst maintaining quality.
  • Participate in daily marketing team meetings.
  • Understand and adhere to all Company policies, including but not limited to security, trade secrets and confidentiality of all information.
  • Performs miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 5+ years experience in animation, motion graphics, video editing or a combination of education and experience in design, video, animation.
  • Impressive portfolio that demonstrates strong evidence of motion graphics/video abilities.
  • Digital experience is a must with an aptitude for graphic design.
  • Experience with designing B2B media targeted at U.S. based companies.
  • Take initiative on projects to overdeliver new and innovative solutions.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Highly proficient knowledge of XD, Premier, After Effects a plus.
  • UX / UI experience a plus.
  • Animation techniques, advanced video streaming and animation/interactive content delivery experience.
  • Must be able to take direction yet still maintain intuition.
  • Takes initiative and believes in accountability.
  • Ability to articulate and present concepts and ideas in a logical manner.
  • Desire to work in a challenging, deadlineoriented, teamoriented environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager

EDUCATION:


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
from four-year college or university, preference Graphic Design or Art or equivalent experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS:


  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance Instructions, and procedure manuals, ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:


  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole Numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and Percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY:


  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in Situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of Instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
