Role of IT Co-ordinator


We are seeking a skilled IT Coordinator to join our team and take responsibility for maintaining our information technology systems and networks.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of our computer and telecom systems.

As an IT Coordinator, you must have extensive knowledge of software, hardware, and networks.

You will be responsible for performing both technical and administrative tasks, requiring critical thinking and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

Effective end user support and teamwork are vital components of this role, so excellent communication and people skills are required to collaborate effectively with colleagues.


By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency to support our organization's goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Works with themanagement and other departments to implement a successful IT plan.
  • Managing and maintaining a company's technological equipment, such as computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Monitor system and network performance
  • Detailed knowledge of server working in the required skills section.
  • Installing, upgrading, andmanaging software and hardware on company devices.
  • Managing all software licensing.
  • Keeping an inventory of all company IT assets along with Job Cards of all assets.
  • Providing staff with training on how to use hardware, software, and cloudbased services.
  • Establishes various guidelines for evaluating the IT systems and determining where changes should bemade.
  • Creating instructions for program installation sequences.
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
  • Evaluating and recommending new equipment and software purchases with adequate budgets as per requirements.
  • Forms strong bonds with equipment manufacturers and service providers so that issues can be resolved more quickly.

Requirements and skills

  • Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated
  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and effective coordination abilities with problem solving skills

Educational Qualification:

  • BSc/BA/ Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Information Science is required

  • Any Certification of related field is appreciated

Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month


Shift:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
