Product Listings:
Create and manage accurate product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
Order Processing:
Process customer orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team.
Marketplace Management:
Utilize e-commerce platforms to enhance product visibility and sales.
Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams on promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication skills.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
