Handle customer calls on Toll free number. To raise GWE on request by engineers. Make NPS calls for installation and breakdown customers to get their review. to make Debrief in FSL. To generate Service Request based on customer calls for Breakdown support and engineers for PM. Take customer complaints and transfer for online Technical support.
