Position - Sales Executive ( for Real Estate co.)

experience - - 3 years in Real or other firm.


Job description -

  • Have experience in Commercial/Residential Real Estate
  • Activating & Motivating New as well as existing Channel Partners to sell our
project.

  • Organizing Get to gather for Brokers and their team. Driving site visits /
achieving a sale with final negotiation.

  • Conducting indepth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market
success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.

  • Ensuring correct documentation relating to Agreement sale.
  • Acting as a mediator between banker and Customer to achieve smooth
transition till the agreement.

  • Keeping track of pending agreements and convincing such customers for
the same

  • Where changes are possible / permitted, coordinating with the site
engineering team to track progress of accepted changes & communicating the

same with the customer.

  • Assisting newlyrecruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in
answering technical questions posed by customers.

  • Analyzing sales and tracking performance or production to determine
whether current sales are effective.

  • Handle all sales activities, Lead Generation through timely followups.
  • Followup the leads and other sales activities generated from various
activities effectively and in time.


Skills and Responsibilities -

  • Experience in Real Estate Compulsory Commercial / Residential
  • Excellent Selling, Negotiation And Communication Skills
  • Prioritizing, Time Management And Organizational Skills
  • Relationship Management Skills And Openness To Feedback
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with seniorlevel executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications -

  • 23 years & quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of overachieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

More details -
1) Salary ranging at 20-25k per month

2) Working days/timings - Mon-Saturday


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
