Channel Sales Representative - Delhi, India - Roadcast Tech. Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners such as distributors, dealers, and resellers within the assigned territory to expand the company's market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners, providing them with support, training, and resources to ensure effective sales and product knowledge.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with channel partners to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the GPS products and services offered by the company and effectively communicate these features and benefits to channel partners and end customers.
- Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor information to provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Conduct product training sessions for channel partners to ensure they are well-informed and capable of selling the company's GPS solutions effectively.
- Work closely with the company's sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for the company's products and services.
- Ensure that channel partners adhere to company policies, contracts, and pricing guidelines, and manage all necessary documentation.
- Assist channel partners in resolving customer issues, including technical support and warranty claims.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in channel sales, ideally in the GPS or technology industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of GPS technology and related products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and goal-oriented behavior.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
