Roles and Responsibilities:
- Good Calling and customer query handling experience.
- Quick and attentive speaking with the customers.
- Convincing skills/International Tele marketing skills.
- Able to handle calls and resolving queries of customers through cold calling.
- Lead conversation and successful closing.
- Receiving calls from customers and solve their problems or grievances.
- Making calls to get feedback.
- Listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information about the company's products and services.
Salary:
Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
