Role & responsibilities


Conceptualize and Design:


Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of projects, including but not limited to marketing collateral, social media graphics, website elements, and promotional materials.

Transform ideas into visually appealing and engaging designs that communicate the desired message effectively.


Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all platforms and materials.

Work closely with the marketing team to understand and implement brand guidelines in all design projects.


Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and objectives.

Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and enhance designs.


Multimedia Design:


Create multimedia content, including infographics, videos, and animations, to enhance user engagement and convey complex information in a visually appealing manner.


Stay Updated on Design Trends:


Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements to maintain a fresh and modern look for our brand.


Tools and Software:
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

Stay updated on the latest design technologies and tools to optimize workflow and productivity.


Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.


Experience:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

Experience in both print and digital design is essential.


Skills:
Strong proficiency in graphic design software and tools.

Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Portfolio:
Submit a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects and styles.


Job Types:

Salary:
₹35,000.00 per month
