_ We're looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire order to cash process including different invoice types (Manual, Consolidated and Automated). In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly high-pressure business environment while being a good team player and should have led a team successfully._

_ Responsibilities_

_Ensure all month end activities are completed within agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per agreed critical metrics / SLAs targets as applicable _

_Drive transformation projects from operations, digital asset implementation, standard methodologies' framework, case studies, benchmarking for making processes more efficient and effective_

_Effectively engage with customers to understand and address customer pain points_

_Provide direction and mentorship to the operations team for delivery of goals, promote a learning culture and build a solid team_

_Align to customer goals and deliver on commitments consistently_

_ Qualifications we seek in you_:

_ Minimum qualifications_

_ _

_Understanding of Insurance Industry and excellent knowledge of Billing & receivables management - Cross all of property & casualty products_

_ _

_ _
- **_Excellent operating skills

People management, Client management and managing basic hygiene operations _** **_Sound knowledge of various digital technologies in the market

- example RPA, AI, NLP and ML

Having implemented one / few of these will be a plus _** **_Ability to prioritize and manage effectively across many competing and concurrent tasks_

- **_Exception verbal and written communication and Presentation skills. Should be able to prepare and present independently & confidently to senior leadership within GENPACT and Client organization_

_Ability to work with all levels of the organization _

_The Individual should have exposure/experience to systematically evaluate business opportunities, the ambitious attitude to build on existing capabilities _

_Leverage lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement _
