Rathi Associates is looking for Mid Level Architectural Draftsman for its Architecture vertical

Rathi Associates is a well-known firm in the field of Architecture and Interior design.

Started in 1976, it has to its credit successful execution of several major projects across many important cities in India including Bangalore.

It is supported by a strong experienced team and undertakes projects both in the field of Architecture as well as Interior design in various segments including Residential, Commercial, Corporate and Real estate development.

Key responsibility included:
Ensure successful and timely completion of the projects.

Ensuring all project architectural deliverables and drawings are correct and are on timelines.

Profile:

Generating all types of drawings, as instructed or required for smooth functioning of a project.

Take up individual responsibilities of project when called upon to do so and handle the project successfully till timely completion independently.

Responsible for preparing auto cad presentation drawings, approval drawings

Preparing working drawing/ GFC drawings for Architecture projects.

Preparing Elevations, sections and Detail drawings and as built drawings for all projects.

Preparing Door/ Window detail drawings & schedule.

Coordinating Architectural drawing's with services drawings.

Assisting lead architect in all phase of the projects.

Ensuring all project architectural deliverables and drawings are correct and are on timelines.

Responsibilities and Duties

Minimum 4-8 years experience drafting & detailing Architectural drawings.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

A passion for doing high quality work.

The ability to think critically, innovate, and solve challenging technical problems.

High attention to detail.

Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.

Being able to self-start and self-motivate when there is no one available to provide instruction.

Capacity to handle pressure.

Strong work ethic, and the ability to handle peak work times.

Qualification:
Diploma in Architecture

₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
