Team Handling, Working on ERP Software and manually, Maintain data of Demand/Reminder or any Other Letter ,Update Project Data, Working of Dues / Interest, Sending the Recovery SMS, Preparing the Bucket Report, Monthly Reconciliation, Availability of Stock, Follow up for Pending Cheque for Clearance from Account, Prepare Report required by Departments, Coordination with Concern Dept.
regarding queries, To Take Clearance form Audit, Confirm Construction status from Construction Departments, Project Analysis Report, Possession Letters, Taking care Registry Process, Process of Transfer, Monthly Strategy, Target Report, Customer Interaction.
Generation of Provisional Allotment Letter, Amendment Letter, Demand Letter, Reminder Letter, EPD (Early Payment Discount) Letter for the Customer, Calculation of Interest on delay payment, Process and Maintain Data for Legal cases, Checking of Customer Application Form's, Customer Creation, Maintain dispatch record, Maintain Files.
A PG qualification in the field with 12/15 years in depth relevant experience
