Job Opening - Document Coordination


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Conduct documentation work related to company licensing.
  • Manage licensing tasks on various portals, ensuring strict adherence to legal compliance.
  • Handle amendment work as required.
  • Provide status updates within the team and during meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address queries and provide guidance on licensing matters.
  • Offer advice to clients regarding business activities and company names.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and an open, proactive approach.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Background in commerce.
  • Familiarity with concepts like MOA, AOA, POA, BR, and Amendments.
  • Competent presentation skills.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Pursuing CS (Company Secretary) or possessing an MBA/MCOM or background in commerce.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills for client interactions.
  • Practical experience in handling licensing tasks and related documentation.
