We are Urgently Hiring for a Tele caller.
Freshers are also welcomed.
Location:
Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Years of experience: 0-2 years
Job Purpose:
Tele callers will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing calls of the patients, doctors and clients and divert the calls if necessary.
Responsibilities:
Resolving queries of patients if any.
- Responsible to call the patients and confirm their home visit booking.
- Updating Patients about current offers on tests if any
- Cross selling health packages.
- Ensure 100 % feedback from all the patients.
Requisite Skills:
Should have Good Interpersonal and listening skills.
- Doing Outbound & Inbound calls
- Should have excellent Communications Skills
- She should be polite and softspoken while communication with patients.
- Should be Fluent in English.
- Should be presentable.
Desired Skills:
Should have knowledge of Ms Office.
Education:
HSC or Graduate from any field
Pay:
₹100, ₹200,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Performance bonus
