Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1)

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
Develop and execute financial planning strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

2) Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.

3)

Financial Reporting:
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.

4) Communicate financial results and key performance metrics to internal stakeholders and external partners.

5)

Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and market fluctuations.

6) Implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets and enhance profitability.

7)

Capital Management:
Manage capital allocation decisions, including investments in production facilities, equipment, and technology.

8) Optimize capital structure and financing options to support strategic initiatives and maximize returns.

9)

Cost Management:
Analyze and control manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead expenses.

10) Drive cost reduction initiatives and process improvements to improve efficiency and profitability.

11)

Financial Controls:
Establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and mitigate risks.

12) Conduct regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls and implement corrective actions as needed.

13)

Treasury Management:
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

14) Monitor banking relationships and optimize cash management strategies to minimize risks and maximize returns.

15)

Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with executive management to develop and execute long-term strategic plans and corporate objectives.

16)Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and drive sustainable growth.

17) Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws relevant to the manufacturing industry.

18) Maintain corporate governance standards and oversee regulatory filings and disclosures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA in Finance or CPA preferred.

10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles within the manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, cost accounting principles, and supply chain management.

Proven track record of driving financial performance, strategic planning, and business growth.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
