Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer Trainer to join our team at Digi Maniac.

The Graphic Designer Trainer will play a key role in shaping the next generation of graphic designers by providing comprehensive training and mentorship.

This position offers the opportunity to work with talented individuals and contribute to their professional growth in the dynamic field of graphic design.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs focused on graphic design principles, software proficiency, and industry best practices.
Design curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials to ensure comprehensive coverage of graphic design concepts.
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars both inperson and online.
Collaborate with the HR department to identify training needs and customize programs to meet the requirements of individual trainees or teams.
Assess trainee performance and progress, adjusting training methods as needed to maximize learning outcomes.
Mentor and support trainees through projectbased learning activities, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to organize guest lectures, industry visits, and networking events for trainees.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various mediums.
Prior experience in training, teaching, or instructional design, particularly in a professional setting.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel draw, InDesign), Sketch, or equivalent tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor and motivate individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
