Job Decription

Supervise administrative staff/housekeeping and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

- Purchasing office supplies and necessity

- Supervising and maintain the records of office supplies and necessity

- Maintaining Cash Books and Petty Cash

  • Maintenance
  • Maintaining general office Ops/ Admin files,, vendor files, and other files related to the
  • Manage Cab agency and coordinating with Employee for Cab arrangement.
  • Onboarding vendors for requirements.
  • Procure Computers/Equipment/Machines/Assets or any requirement from different departments.
  • Coordinate with the vendors for the best quotes and finalizing the procurement.
  • Inventory management.
  • Asset Management.
  • Producing reports of the Assets whenever needed.
